Privacy Policy

Updated September 28, 2026

This policy covers bioxo.art, an independent bio editing and template website. You do not need an account, payment details, or a connection to your social profile to use the editor. For questions about this policy or a data request, use our contact page.

Bio drafts and clipboard

The public editors format names and bio text in your browser. These editing features do not upload your draft to our server, send it to an AI provider, or publish it to a social network. A template link contains a library template ID, not your edited draft. Avoid adding private information to URLs or to a public bio.

The copy button writes your selected output to your clipboard after you click it; it does not read existing clipboard contents. We do not provide server-side draft storage. Copy important drafts somewhere safe before leaving or reloading the page.

Hosting and technical information

Our hosting infrastructure processes information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as IP address, requested URL, browser and device information, and request time. This information supports website delivery, reliability, and security. Technical logs are handled under the hosting provider's retention settings and policies. We do not use editor text to build advertising audiences.

Fonts and external links

Some display fonts load from Google Fonts. Your browser connects to Google to request these files, which sends technical request information such as your IP address and browser headers. See Google Fonts privacy information. Other fonts are served with this website.

Links to Instagram, TikTok, Discord, X, and other referenced websites open external services. Their privacy policies apply there. We do not receive your login credentials or social account data from these links.

Analytics and session recordings

Ahrefs Analytics and Microsoft Clarity were used in an earlier version of this site. They are disabled in this version: we do not load their analytics or session recording scripts. Disabling these scripts does not itself delete information already held by those providers. You can clear previously stored site cookies using your browser settings and contact us with questions about earlier data.

For information on those providers, see Ahrefs privacy policy and Microsoft privacy statement. We will update this policy and applicable consent controls before enabling optional analytics again.

Google advertising

We use Google AdSense to support this free website. Ads may appear in clearly labelled spaces outside the editing and copy controls. Whether an ad is shown depends on availability, your location, your privacy choices, and Google's serving decisions.

Google and other advertising partners may place or read cookies, use web beacons, and process IP addresses, device information, or other identifiers to deliver ads, measure performance, and detect fraud. Personalized advertising may use information from visits to this and other websites. See how Google uses information from partner sites and Google's advertising technologies.

We use Google's certified consent management platform for visitors in the EEA, UK, and Switzerland. The message lets you consent, refuse consent, or manage purposes and partners. You can reopen the message using the Privacy and cookie settings link provided by Google at the bottom of the page where applicable. Refusing personalized advertising does not prevent you from using the bio editors.

Where applicable in the United States, Google's privacy message and Do not sell or share my personal information link let you opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for targeted advertising. These controls are based on your location. You can also manage Google's personalized advertising through My Ad Center and manage cookies in your browser. Browser cookie settings do not replace the site's consent and opt-out choices.

Messages and your choices

If you email us, we receive the address, message, and any attachments you choose to send. We use them to respond to your request or investigate a reported issue. Do not send passwords, payment information, or private profile details. Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information; contact us to make a request. We cannot retrieve a draft that stayed only in your browser.

Children and policy updates

This site is a general-audience tool and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through contact messages. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us so we can address it. This page will be updated when our data practices change.
